4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

4.1. Fundación de la Comunidad Valenciana para la Promoción Estratégica, el Desarrollo y la Innovación Urbana undertakes to process personal data in a manner respectful of the rights of its holders and in compliance with the data protection regulations in force at any given time.

4.2. In the “Privacy Policy” section of the Website, USERS are provided with permanent access to the legal information or privacy policy corresponding to the various data processing activities carried out by the Foundation in relation to the management of website users’ data, social media followers, job applicants, etc.
