A Val\u00e8ncia, el llegat no \u00e9s un resultat sin\u00f3 un punt de partida, dissenyat des del principi per garantir que els esdeveniments generin un valor social, econ\u00f2mic i ambiental durador. \u00c9s el programa Legacy el que diferencia Zentropy MICE. El seu objectiu \u00e9s garantir que cada confer\u00e8ncia deixi una empremta positiva i duradora a Val\u00e8ncia, generant un impacte que transcendeixi el propi esdeveniment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basat en la idea que els congressos haurien de retornar a la ciutat, el programa genera un retorn directe per als ciutadans, enfortint el vincle entre el turisme MICE i el benestar col\u00b7lectiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Programa El Llegat de Val\u00e8ncia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El\u00a0Programa Legacy Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s una iniciativa estrat\u00e8gica de la Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia<\/a>\u00a0dissenyat per transformar els esdeveniments professionals en beneficis tangibles i sostenibles per a la ciutat i els seus ciutadans. El seu objectiu va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d'acollir congressos i esdeveniments; pret\u00e9n\u00a0crear un llegat social, econ\u00f2mic i ambiental que enforteixi la qualitat de vida urbana i promogui un model tur\u00edstic urb\u00e0 equilibrat,\u00a0<\/strong>considerant les fases seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fase 1: Mapatge per transformar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El llegat comen\u00e7a per escoltant<\/strong>. El primer pas consisteix a cartografiar els reptes de la ciutat, les prioritats locals i els grups vulnerables, alhora que s'identifiquen els actors amb m\u00e9s potencial per rebre i amplificar projectes llegats. Mitjan\u00e7ant entrevistes, tallers i cartografia participativa, s'obren canals de comunicaci\u00f3 aviat, detectant llacunes i permetent un di\u00e0leg genu\u00ed entre els organitzadors i l'ecosistema d'innovaci\u00f3 de la ciutat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aquest enfocament garanteix que la comunicaci\u00f3 sigui inclusiva, estrat\u00e8gica i adaptada a les necessitats locals<\/strong> \u2014garantir que el llegat sigui co-dissenyat<\/strong> amb la gent i les institucions de la ciutat des del primer moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fase 2: Creaci\u00f3 de sinergies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cada projecte llegat sorgeix a trav\u00e9s de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3<\/strong>. Els organitzadors d'esdeveniments comparteixen els seus objectius i intencions, mentre que la ciutat els connecta amb les parts interessades rellevants (universitats, associacions, pimes i entitats socials) alineant les seves aspiracions amb prioritats de pol\u00edtiques municipals i p\u00fabliques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La comunicaci\u00f3 hi juga un paper mediador clau: tradueix els objectius en valor compartit<\/strong>, garantint que cada soci entengui com la seva participaci\u00f3 contribueix al futur sostenible de la ciutat. D'aquesta manera, la sinergia esdev\u00e9 en si mateixa un acte de comunicaci\u00f3, que transforma objectius fragmentats en objectius coherents acci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fase 3: Disseny de l'acci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Un cop feta la connexi\u00f3, Zentropy MICE crea prototips de projectes espec\u00edfics per a cada congr\u00e9s o esdeveniment. Centre de Congressos de Val\u00e8ncia<\/a>. Aquests es detallen mitjan\u00e7ant un\u00a0Pla d'acci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0que defineix activitats, responsabilitats i calendaris, juntament amb un Pla de comunicaci\u00f3 que garanteix la visibilitat, la coher\u00e8ncia i la participaci\u00f3 ciutadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una comunicaci\u00f3 clara i creativa garanteix que els esdeveniments tinguin for\u00e7a.<\/strong>: els participants i els residents entenen i contribueixen a l'impacte positiu a la ciutat. Expliquen un una hist\u00f2ria \u00fanica per a cada barri<\/strong>, reflectint la propietat i la transformaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fase 4 \u2013 El llegat de Val\u00e8ncia cobra vida<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Durant els esdeveniments, les garanties de comunicaci\u00f3 les accions s\u00f3n visibles i significatives<\/strong>. Les connexions entre organitzadors, ciutadans i actors locals es fan tangibles. Val\u00e8ncia assumeix el paper de cocreadora d'impacte positiu, on el coneixement compartit es materialitza en iniciatives reals<\/strong> \u2014 des de projectes pilot de gesti\u00f3 circular de residus fins a accions verdes liderades per la comunitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trav\u00e9s de la narraci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, la ciutat comunica el progr\u00e9s, comparteix testimonis i celebra les persones que hi ha darrere de la transformaci\u00f3. La comunicaci\u00f3, doncs, amplifica la visibilitat alhora que aprofundeix en la responsabilitat i la pertinen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fase 5: Mesura de l'impacte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El pas final del Programa Legacy Val\u00e8ncia no \u00e9s el final, sin\u00f3 el comen\u00e7ament d'un nou cicle.\u00a0L'avaluaci\u00f3 combina dades qualitatives i quantitatives per mesurar l'impacte real i extreure'n les lli\u00e7ons apreses<\/strong>. La comunicaci\u00f3 torna a ser fonamental: es difonen els resultats, es comparteixen les hist\u00f2ries, es guanya la confian\u00e7a i les proves informen les pol\u00edtiques futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
