El projecte europeu explora com les confer\u00e8ncies poden generar beneficis socials, econ\u00f2mics i ambientals duradors tant per als participants com per a les ciutats amfitriones. Per aconseguir-ho, \u00e9s essencial comprendre les experi\u00e8ncies, les expectatives i els comportaments dels assistents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a part d&#039;aquest treball, Zentropy MICE ha dut a terme recentment una s\u00e8rie d&#039;activitats participatives durant dos Congressos Zero celebrats a Val\u00e8ncia: el <a href=\"https:\/\/fisabio.san.gva.es\/es\/actualidad\/agenda\/150\/i-international-symposium-pathophysiology-in-cardiometabolic-diseases\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fisabio.san.gva.es\/es\/actualidad\/agenda\/150\/i-international-symposium-pathophysiology-in-cardiometabolic-diseases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I Simposi Internacional sobre Fisiopatologia en Malalties Cardiometab\u00f2liques<\/a>, allotjat a Las Naves, i el <a href=\"https:\/\/valgrai.eu\/events\/valgrai-scientific-council-forum-2026\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/valgrai.eu\/events\/valgrai-scientific-council-forum-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F\u00f2rum del Consell Cient\u00edfic de ValgrAI 2026<\/a> a la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les activitats tenien com a objectiu entendre millor com la gent viu les confer\u00e8ncies i com els esdeveniments poden enfortir la seva connexi\u00f3 amb la destinaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Escoltar les persones per transformar els esdeveniments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crear confer\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s sostenibles i amb impacte comen\u00e7a per entendre les persones que hi assisteixen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aquest motiu, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zentropymice.eu\/va\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/zentropymice.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zentropy MICE<\/a><\/strong> situa els participants al centre de la seva recerca, recopilant coneixements que poden ajudar a donar forma a una nova generaci\u00f3 d&#039;esdeveniments MICE on la sostenibilitat, la satisfacci\u00f3 dels participants i el llegat urb\u00e0 van de la m\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s d&#039;una s\u00e8rie d&#039;exercicis interactius, els assistents van compartir les seves prioritats, motivacions i expectatives, proporcionant informaci\u00f3 valuosa sobre qu\u00e8 busquen d&#039;un esdeveniment i com interactuen amb la destinaci\u00f3 amfitriona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Khora Urban Thinkers lidera el proc\u00e9s participatiu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les activitats van ser dissenyades i facilitades per <a href=\"https:\/\/khoraurbanthinkers.es\/en\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/khoraurbanthinkers.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pensadors urbans de Khora<\/a>, un <a href=\"https:\/\/zentropymice.eu\/va\/partners\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/zentropymice.eu\/partners\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Soci de Zentropy MICE<\/a> especialitzada en metodologies participatives, innovaci\u00f3 urbana i enfocaments centrats en les persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aprofitant la seva experi\u00e8ncia en la participaci\u00f3 de les parts interessades i els processos de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, Khora va crear un entorn obert i inclusiu on els participants podien compartir activament les seves perspectives i contribuir a la recerca del projecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;objectiu era senzill: generar coneixement pr\u00e0ctic que pugui millorar tant les experi\u00e8ncies de les confer\u00e8ncies com la seva contribuci\u00f3 a les comunitats locals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 valoren realment els participants a la confer\u00e8ncia?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El primer exercici es va centrar en identificar els elements que els assistents valoren m\u00e9s en una experi\u00e8ncia de confer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els participants van explorar una s\u00e8rie d&#039;iniciatives de sostenibilitat, circularitat i llegat, destacant les que consideraven m\u00e9s rellevants i atractives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;activitat va proporcionar informaci\u00f3 valuosa sobre els beneficis que la gent espera dels esdeveniments professionals i va revelar oportunitats per alinear les iniciatives de sostenibilitat amb els interessos dels assistents, augmentant tant la participaci\u00f3 com l&#039;impacte a llarg termini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Del viatge del participant al llegat urb\u00e0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El segon exercici va examinar el recorregut dels participants abans, durant i despr\u00e9s de l&#039;esdeveniment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els assistents, els ponents i els moderadors van cartografiar com viatgen a les confer\u00e8ncies, es mouen per la ciutat, interactuen amb els llocs i passen el seu temps m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del programa oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest exercici de mapatge col\u00b7lectiu va ajudar a identificar patrons de comportament clau i punts de contacte cr\u00edtics al llarg de l&#039;experi\u00e8ncia de l&#039;esdeveniment. Tamb\u00e9 va revelar oportunitats per millorar la satisfacci\u00f3 dels assistents alhora que enfortia la relaci\u00f3 entre les confer\u00e8ncies i les seves destinacions amfitriones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9s important destacar que les conclusions ofereixen una comprensi\u00f3 m\u00e9s profunda de com els visitants interactuen amb Val\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la seu de la confer\u00e8ncia, cosa que ajuda a identificar maneres en qu\u00e8 els esdeveniments poden contribuir de manera m\u00e9s efica\u00e7 als objectius socials, econ\u00f2mics i ambientals de la ciutat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dissenyant confer\u00e8ncies que cre\u00efn valor durador<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El coneixement recollit a trav\u00e9s d&#039;aquestes activitats participatives donar\u00e0 suport al desenvolupament de confer\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s sostenibles, m\u00e9s connectades amb les seves destinacions i m\u00e9s ben equipades per crear beneficis significatius a llarg termini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a <a href=\"https:\/\/zentropymice.eu\/va\/overview\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/zentropymice.eu\/overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zentropy MICE<\/a>, l&#039;\u00e8xit d&#039;una confer\u00e8ncia no s&#039;ha de mesurar \u00fanicament a trav\u00e9s de les xifres d&#039;assist\u00e8ncia o el rendiment econ\u00f2mic.
