L'Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia ha posat en marxa una iniciativa pionera per a garantir que els congressos internacionals generin beneficis duradors per a la ciutat m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del seu impacte econ\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La nova estrat\u00e8gia, presentada durant una sessi\u00f3 de treball a La Harinera<\/strong>, t\u00e9 com a objectiu connectar esdeveniments professionals i cient\u00edfics amb organitzacions locals, ajudant a transformar el coneixement i l'experi\u00e8ncia aportats pels delegats internacionals en projectes que benefici\u00efn la comunitat en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La iniciativa forma part d'un esfor\u00e7 m\u00e9s ampli per enfortir la posici\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia com a destinaci\u00f3 l\u00edder per al turisme MICE sostenible i d'alt impacte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un programa de llegat per a la ciutat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Al centre de l'estrat\u00e8gia hi ha la creaci\u00f3 d'un Programa Her\u00e8ncia<\/strong> que fomenta la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre els organitzadors de la confer\u00e8ncia i les parts interessades locals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'objectiu \u00e9s transformar el coneixement, la recerca i la innovaci\u00f3 generats durant esdeveniments internacionals en projectes que abordin reptes urbans reals. Aquestes iniciatives poden involucrar centres de recerca, universitats, empreses, institucions p\u00fabliques i organitzacions comunit\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D'aquesta manera, les confer\u00e8ncies poden deixar una contribuci\u00f3 duradora a la ciutat molt despr\u00e9s que els delegats hagin tornat a casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segons Paula Llobet<\/strong>, regidora de Turisme, Innovaci\u00f3 i Atracci\u00f3 d'Inversions: \u201cTreballem perqu\u00e8 els congressos esdevinguin eines de transformaci\u00f3 urbana. Val\u00e8ncia lidera un model innovador a Europa que connecta els esdeveniments amb la ciutat i crea valor que va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del propi esdeveniment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dels esdeveniments a l'impacte urb\u00e0 positiu<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La sessi\u00f3 de treball va reunir representants d'institucions p\u00fabliques, del m\u00f3n acad\u00e8mic i de la ind\u00fastria d'esdeveniments per explorar com es podrien desenvolupar els primers projectes pilot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un principi clau del programa \u00e9s que cada iniciativa ha de respondre a les necessitats i prioritats reals de la ciutat. Per a donar suport a aquest plantejament, l'Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia introduir\u00e0 eines espec\u00edfiques per a mesurar l'impacte social i econ\u00f2mic generat per les confer\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aquestes eines ajudaran a avaluar com els esdeveniments contribueixen al desenvolupament local i a identificar oportunitats per maximitzar-ne els beneficis a llarg termini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cVolem que cada confer\u00e8ncia que se celebri a Val\u00e8ncia deixi un llegat positiu, creant beneficis tangibles i duradors alhora que ajudi a abordar els principals reptes urbans de la ciutat a trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3 i el coneixement\u201d, va afegir Paula Llobet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construint col\u00b7laboracions per a un llegat de confer\u00e8ncies sostenible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El programa es basa en la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre institucions p\u00fabliques, la comunitat cient\u00edfica i organitzacions del sector privat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre els participants a la reuni\u00f3 hi havia representants de Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia, Val\u00e8ncia Innovation Capital, Palau de Congressos de Val\u00e8ncia, Fundaci\u00f3 Visit Val\u00e8ncia, Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia i Khora Urban Thinkers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junts, van discutir una guia per desenvolupar projectes pilot i enfortir el vincle entre les confer\u00e8ncies i el desenvolupament local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refor\u00e7ant el paper de Val\u00e8ncia com a laboratori d'innovaci\u00f3 urbana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aquesta iniciativa refor\u00e7a l'ambici\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia de convertir-se en un laboratori europeu l\u00edder en innovaci\u00f3 urbana i turisme MICE sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En connectar confer\u00e8ncies internacionals amb prioritats locals, la ciutat pret\u00e9n promoure esdeveniments que cre\u00efn valor no nom\u00e9s per als delegats i organitzadors, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per als residents, les institucions i les empreses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
