{"id":830,"date":"2026-01-13T12:44:35","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T11:44:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zentropymice.eu\/?p=830"},"modified":"2026-01-28T12:24:39","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T11:24:39","slug":"valencia-leads-the-way-with-new-technology-that-measures-the-real-impact-of-conference-tourism","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zentropymice.eu\/es\/valencia-leads-the-way-with-new-technology-that-measures-the-real-impact-of-conference-tourism\/","title":{"rendered":"Valencia es pionera con una nueva tecnolog\u00eda que mide el impacto real del turismo de congresos y promueve la sostenibilidad."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valencia es la ciudad piloto de la Calculadora de Entrop\u00eda Urbana, una herramienta pionera dise\u00f1ada para medir el impacto total del turismo MICE y mejorar su sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con un presupuesto de 5,2 millones de euros y una financiaci\u00f3n del 80% procedente del FEDER, el proyecto europeo Zentropy MICE est\u00e1 previsto que se extienda hasta 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La calculadora que mide lo intangible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valencia est\u00e1 a la vanguardia del turismo de congresos gracias al desarrollo de la Calculadora de Entrop\u00eda Urbana, una herramienta innovadora que permite medir por primera vez el impacto real de los eventos MICE en la ciudad. Esta iniciativa forma parte del programa europeo <strong>Zentropy MICE<\/strong> proyecto que aplica criterios cient\u00edficos para transformar la actividad de las conferencias en beneficios econ\u00f3micos, sociales y ambientales tangibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La calculadora fue desarrollada por la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia en colaboraci\u00f3n con la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valencia.es\/cas\/inicio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ayuntamiento de Valencia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/valenciainnovationcapital.com\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Capital Valenciana de la Innovaci\u00f3n<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacion.visitvalencia.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3n Visita Valencia<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/palcongres-vlc.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centro de Congresos de Valencia<\/a> y el <a href=\"https:\/\/khoraurbanthinkers.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pensadores urbanos de Khora<\/a> consultor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basada en el an\u00e1lisis del ciclo de vida y datos cient\u00edficos integrados, la herramienta permite evaluar los impactos, identificar ineficiencias y comparar eventos a lo largo del tiempo. Esto ayuda a orientar el turismo MICE hacia un modelo m\u00e1s sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paula Llobet, concejala de Turismo, Innovaci\u00f3n y Atracci\u00f3n de Inversiones del Ayuntamiento de Valencia, destac\u00f3 que esta iniciativa &quot;refuerza el compromiso de Valencia con un modelo de turismo MICE sostenible basado en una medici\u00f3n rigurosa del impacto y en la toma de decisiones basada en datos&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calculadora de entrop\u00eda urbana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediante la calculadora de entrop\u00eda urbana, la ciudad de Valencia avanza hacia una gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s responsable de congresos y eventos, con el objetivo de reducir los flujos de energ\u00eda, recursos y emisiones que ejercen presi\u00f3n sobre el entorno urbano, al tiempo que maximiza su contribuci\u00f3n en t\u00e9rminos de conocimiento, innovaci\u00f3n y legado positivo. <strong>Zentropy MICE<\/strong> Por lo tanto, el proyecto sit\u00faa la sostenibilidad en el centro de la estrategia tur\u00edstica, alineando el crecimiento del sector con el equilibrio urbano y los objetivos clim\u00e1ticos europeos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este proyecto posiciona a Valencia como ciudad l\u00edder en el uso de datos y conocimiento para una gesti\u00f3n tur\u00edstica m\u00e1s sostenible y responsable. De esta forma, Valencia refuerza su compromiso con un modelo tur\u00edstico MICE que genera valor y oportunidades para la ciudad, contribuyendo a preservar el equilibrio urbano y a respetar la calidad de vida de sus residentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En palabras de Tom\u00e1s G\u00f3mez Navarro, profesor del Instituto de Ingenier\u00eda Energ\u00e9tica de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/index-en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia<\/a>, El proyecto se centra en minimizar la entrop\u00eda urbana, reduciendo al mismo tiempo los flujos de materia, energ\u00eda, agua y otros impactos del turismo MICE que degradan los sistemas urbanos y limitan su potencial de desarrollo. Asimismo, promueve un modelo de eventos que incrementa el potencial de la ciudad para la innovaci\u00f3n, el conocimiento y la reputaci\u00f3n, e impulsa el desarrollo urbano sostenible. Para ello, una herramienta de medici\u00f3n orienta la toma de decisiones hacia un modelo de turismo MICE que no degrade la ciudad, sino que fortalezca su desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valencia, uno de los principales destinos MICE de Espa\u00f1a, se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en un laboratorio urbano para un nuevo modelo tur\u00edstico basado en datos, evidencia cient\u00edfica y sostenibilidad.
